Another basement flood

With the storm came the waters
They washed down the hills
They broke window glass

With the waters came the flood
Pouring through the window
covering the floor

With the flood came the clean up
Endlessly moving things out of the way
Trying to dry every last inch

With the clean up came the repair
Installing a new window
Reinforcing the area around


With the repair came ...

My studio will be out of commission for a month or so while I reorganize and rearrange my world.  Fortunately, no equipment was damaged or lost in this mess.  It was all well above the ankle deep waters.
